Re: dress code – Dhoti and kurta ok?
The mood of the Kuli Mela events are generally for everyone to “come as you are.” We are planning this particular evening to be a red carpet event. Therefore, we’re asking people to step it up a notch and come dressed in some of their finest outfits. We are leaving “formal and elegant attire” open to individual interpretation. Think “dress to impress.” A fancy silk dhoti and hand embroidered kurta can be very classy!
